Burnley Football Club and TikTok have entered into a partnership that will see the Club live stream every home game of Burnley FC’s 2021/22 women’s season under a multi-year deal.

Burnley FC Women will become the first team to broadcast their matches live on TikTok – which will also become the team’s round sponsor – as they experience significant expansion as part of the club’s new women’s football strategy.

As part of the partnership, the club will work with football content creators who will also work with Burnley FC players on how to create their own profiles on the platform.

This will be the first season that Burnley FC’s women’s games will be available live and is the latest boost to the club’s footprint in women’s football, having announced a long-term roadmap to professionalize the team in February and use shared facilities.

The club will also integrate the squad further with Burnley FC Women playing for the first time under the same Burnley FC crest as the men next season and no longer serving as a separate team within the club.
